I’m dedicated to enhancing the mental health and wellness of older adults and their families. The notion that we should ‘go it alone’ is a myth, and a potentially dangerous one. Research shows that social isolation worsens cognitive decline. Even with the unpredictable changes that aging brings, together we can navigate the passage through the challenges you might be facing.
